| Welcome to the Dirty e30 site! A site dedicated to a new Rally Racing team preparing for the 2006
Western States Rally season led by rookie driver and 2005 CRS & GC RallyX Rally Cross Champion, J. Farina.
In addition to using rally cross as a testing and training ground for Stage Rallies, J. has has recently
(June ‘05) traveled 3,000 miles to New Hampshire to train for 12 days at N. America’s premier rally
training facility, The Team O'Neil School with five time US and North American Rally Racing
Champion, Tim O'Neil. J. is fanaticaly dedicated to becoming one of the best rally drivers in the world
and has set an agressive, yet realistic plan for doing so. J. was able to win the Modified AWD class
in rally cross this season driving a nearly stock 167HP, 1989 BMW 325iX that was purchased for
$2,500. Some of J.’s main competitors are driving in 15 year-newer cars that cost 12 times as much
and have with 2-3 times the HP & torque. After putting BMW’s reputation for performance to the test,
the decision was made to build another iX as a fully prepared, dedicated rally car that should be
ready for a full season of stage rallys in the 2006 season. Keep an eye out for that dirty e30! |
